Been a long time;

Been a long time since i had a real connection at home.
Been a long time since i hung out with my girlfriends.
Been a long time since i went out shopping alone.
Been a long time since i went out shopping not alone;
In fact, its been long since i actually went shopping for real.

Been a long time since i studied.
Been a long time since i read a vampire novel.
Been a long time since i went to the library alone.
Been a long time since i went to the library not alone;
In fact, it's been long since i actually went to just chill at the library.

But it was said to always count your blessing and not the shortcomings of life -
so here are some of what i have been doing lately....

Recently, i have watched movies;
1. Valkaryie
2.  Underworld Rise of the Lycans
3. Marley and me
Recently, i have taken my sister out for lunch;
Recently, i have had plans to go for lady's night;
which ended up not the way i thought it would - it was damn good!
Recently, i went to Merchant Court for buffet dinner;
it was papa and cousin's birthday.
Recently, i went to yello jello retrobar with MY FAMILY;
i saw how a 1 year old kid enjoyed a nightlife experience,
and how a 9 year old girl saw what drunk girls looked like,
also, i felt what it felt like to have a beer in the presence of my parents.
Recently, i attended a party that got me lost in translation;
i saw how NUS Sri Lankan students party the night away with their hit songs.
and i had fun despite the language barrier;
I just danced the way i always do, and hey! it was really fun :)
Recently, i have not talked on the phone with anyone but my boyfriend.
Recently, i have only spent ONE DAY of quality time with my boyfriend;
this was due to his work, and my work.
Recently, i realised that there are quite a few people i know who are leaving;
1. Uncle Chef
2. My supervisor, Fen
3. The arts and crafts stall aunty
4. Siti Hajar Bte Abu
Recently, i have taken a vague interest in interior designing;
and i found out how in love i am with ikea.

Well, that will be all for now.
Update in other times when i am more free, or when i have vague chances of using boss' laptop.
