That's what's been up!
Very nice lately, nice freedom.
Oh and i got to cook one of my favorite Filipino dish.
Over the phone, mum was telling me the ingredients and how to prepare the dish.
And guess what!?
I GOT IT RIGHT!
It isn't as great as my mum's one, but i give it a pass.
Oh the name of the dish is Mongo. [1][2]
For link [2], instead of pork, i used prawns and anchovies.
With regard for it's taste, i don't know why it is called a poor man's dish. hhmmmmms
I don't really know why it is called one, well i guess the filthy rich don't eat this type of meal.
Well, i ain't the filthy rich, so i guess it isn't a sin to be eating Mongo =)

So i also cooked sausages in mum's home-made chili.
Her home-made chili is good so i didn't need to make alterations.
It's good with just frying the sausages in it.
So i added egg on the sausage with chili... =)

Anyway, shenath and i will be working together today.
He's starting at the cafe i work for today - Teasire.
He's in a rush because he had to get his shoes from his place and had to go back to pasir ris again.
Anw, let's hope everything goes well for him.

In the meantime, i hope my family will have a safe trip back to S'pore =)
